The Foundation PEOPLE for POLARBEARS is operationally managed by a board team. He is the operative heart of the foundation. From here, all activities are carried out internally and externally. The board reports once a year to the trustee. The legal foundation is located at the residence of the trustee. The Board of Trustees and Trustees are audited annually by the Board of Trustees (Supervisory Board), but also fully supported during the year. The board is allowed to appoint additional advisory boards for specific areas / projects. The chairman of the executive board and foundation founder is elected for life. The cycles of a term of office elected for the remaining committee members are each four years. The current committee members are elected until 31.12.2018.
