Guidelines for the Project Assignment/ Basic Information
Our foundation People for Polarbears is only supporting thoroughly selected projects that provide protection for polar bears or their habitat. The project can solely be submitted in written form. The members of the board will have to approve the project unanimously.
Main requirements for a financial support by the foundation are such as
- The project fundamentally provides a support to protect polar bears or their habitat.
- The recipients are using the donations only for the project which has been approved by the foundation in accordance with German principles of good practice for foundations
- Transparency of the awarding of the project for all donators and interested parts
- Institutions/ organizations or individuals who are locally undertaking a project that provide protection for polar bears or their habitat are invited to submit their application via email foundation@people-for-polarbears.com
